Puhos Weather Dek2
Weather Dek2 provides a platform floor, prior to roof construction allowing other trades to work safely beneath.
The system consists of a high quality P5 baseboard with a specially developed heavy duty film bonded to the surface. This provides full temporary weather protection during construction and is then peeled off creating a pristine floor on completion. Weather Dek2 is the only protected decking board on the market which features a surface sealer beneath the protective film. This avoids water penetration if the surface film is damaged. Partnered with engineered floor beams and a fully customized fixing accessory kit Weather Dek2 is the market leader in purpose designed complete flooring system for effective weather protection.

Weather Dek2 Fast Fix
Aimed at volume housebuilders, the Fast-Fix version of Weather Dek2 uses a specially developed, high performance bonding adhesive, applied using an application gun. This bonds the panels to engineered floor beams minimising nailing. Fast Fix floor bonding adhesive can also improve acoustic performance by over 2db, vital when floors are designed to achieve Part E classification. When used with Trus Joist engineered beams, BRE tests prove that a 40db performance can be achieved without the need for insulation within the void or specialist ceiling products or systems.

High performance P7 baseboard extends effective weather protection and is ideal for social housing projects, apartments and terraced developments where exposure takes place for longer periods.
