New Responsibilities at Puhos    02.11.06

Puhoswood Limited has redefined the responsibilities of its key staff to enhance customer communication, support and service following the rapid expansion of the business over the last few years.

In particular, the move reflects the significant increase in its customer base, product range and transaction volume created by its sole supply partner relationship with iLevel - Trus Joist, and the increasing responsibilities this has created for everyone in the Puhos team.

Supporting Andy Moore's own strategic management activity and director, Alex Campbell's overall sales and sales administration function, Michelle McNish will now focus on logistics, Carol Blackmore on purchasing and Anna Joki on marketing.

Michelle McNish now complements her sales administration function with responsibility for customer contracts, the company price book, co-ordination with partner company Total Floor Systems, logistics management and tender planning.

Carol Blackmore adds direct forward Trus Joist sales, all board purchasing, landing stock and cost change controls to her sales administration role.

Anna Joki, who provides the lead role in Trus Joist sales and stock landing, now controls shipment costs, provides marketing management, sales leads and customer communication.

Andy Moore, managing director of Puhoswood Limited, says:
